Sausages
All our sausage and burgers are made on the farm using good cuts of our meat with the minimum of fat needed. The recipes are our own inventions!
All sausages are £7.00 a kilo, Burgers are 7.00/kilo. Flavours include;

Bacon
Our Bacon is all Dry Cured on the farm using our own cure.
We smoke over real Oak chippings.

The Bacon is sliced quite thinly, should you like yours thick cut please ask at the time of ordering.
