Our Lamb is grown by our next door neighbour

Because of the rainfall in North Devon our lamb rivals Welsh Lamb, it is succulent rich and tasty, we grow them to a larger size than most as it is then that the meat has most flavour.

From time to time we also have Mutton, well hung this is a very well flavoured meat superb in curries and stews, though a pot roasted leg in red wine is to die for!
